Team Building with a difference.
The Featherbed Company organized us a day trip on a catamaran for eight people in July last year. We had hired a vehicle from george car rental as that was where we were scheduling everyone together. It is often pleasant when companies believe in the principle of networking with their staff members by presenting them with opportunities such as team building exercises. Although staff may work together almost everyday, we often loose sight of the monotony that accompanies the relationships. We often are surprisingly different people at home than at the office. It allows staff to relax and unwind and at the end of the day, be more productive in the work place.
