The Healthy Brain Food’

Fish is well known to be a healthy alternative to protein intake. There are many benefits to eating fish. It is better for your body then red meat and has alot of protein in it. I usually like to eat haddock or salmon but there are also many more exotic types of seafood that one can choose from. Fish is also known to be good for your brain. It has omega-3 which is a fatty acid that is important for optimal brain function. You can easily find a way of cooking fish that appeals to your particular appetite. There is baked fish, grilled fish, or fried fish. There is also sushi if you have an appetite for raw seafood. I have tried sushi and don’t like it but many do. Go ahead and try it. Fish, cooked anyway can be very delicious and health.
