There are tons of things to learn about love and relationships. To build Intimacy, you can explore many things. One thing to understand is that you don’t get intimacy once and then keep it forever. This is obvious to anyone who has even been in a relationship, but still we seem to expect that we “should” feel intimate and as close as we did at peak moments.
Don’t hold onto to peak moments of intimacy. Go with the ebb and flow. Understand that intimacy is an ongoing endeavor and inquiry. You keep growing and learning more about it, if you are open.
