The Benefits Exercise Will Give You

There is an epidemic of obesity in this country. It’s been going on for decades…about as long as the term “couch potato” has been in use. People no longer need to make their own entertainment by going outside and playing ball games. Still less do they need to work manually…which certainly burned off all those excess calories. So now, people have to make a point of exercising and eating right to maintain a healthy body weight. The benefits exercise gives is that it keeps you strong, healthy…and enables you to snack a bit on foods and not gain weight!

The best way to secure benefits exercise is to make the exercise part of your daily schedule. Jog or bike to work instead of driving your car. If you live in a hilly area, consider electric bikes, which allow you to get the exercise you need, but gives you the help you need on those hills!  Take your dog or kids for a walk when you get home for work, or right after dinner. Make exercising a family affair.
