Pain in the knee of those who run a lot is common. It makes up about 25% of all overuse running injuries in runners. This is mostly due to poor foot biomechanics; poor training technique; muscle imbalance; and poor running shoes. Foot orthotics for knee pain are used to treat the poor foot biomechanics.
