Besides being regular with the medicines and medical check ups you can also do some exercises at home so that you body stays fresh and active. You will also notice improvement in your sleeping pattern, heart’s health and fatigue. For best results, do these exercises for at least 15-20 minutes daily, preferably in the early morning.
