Results of the 2010 Annual Joystick Awards
The results of the 28th Annual Golden Joystick Awards were revealed at a gala event this Friday, with Mass effect 2 winning both the accolades of ‘Ultimate Game of the Year’ and ‘RPG of the Year.’ Call of Duty Black Ops won the “One to Watch” award ahead of next year’s ceremony where it is expected to perform well. Plants VS Zombies was the only other game to win awards, securing ‘Strategy game of the Year’ and ‘Download game of the Year.’
Other awards included ‘Puzzle game of the Year’ (World of Goo) and Racing game of the Year (Forza Motorsport 3). Guitar Hero 5 won ‘Music game of the Year.’
