Sparkling Wines: The Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Winemakers love to blend different types of wine in order to produce a taste that is completely unique and different. While different classes are commonly blended to create new red wines and white wines, there are also wines blended to create sparkling wines. Sparkling wines are different from other table wines because it creates a lot of bubbles. This is usually due to the high levels of carbon dioxide present in the wine and its special process of fermentation. Aside from the appearance, most people like drinking this wine because of its delicious taste as well. One common combination used to make a sparkling wine is the Pinot Noir Chardonnay blend. It has a biscuit and yeast aroma and taste with some fruity flavors added into it.
