The conversation I had with my father in his bathroom
A couple days ago I went over to my dad’s condominium to help him replace a bathroom ceiling fan. My dad is getting a little older and is unable to really stand on any ladder. That’s okay though because my dad and I have a good relationship and always have good conversations. While I was on the ladder changing out the fan he started giving me some of his wise financial tips. At one point we started talking about whether a regular Ira or a Roth Ira was the way for me to go. He then started asking me questions about my 401(k) plan.
